A deposit of $100.00 is due at time of reservation. The remaining balance is due seven days before the arrival date.
The deposit is non-refundable for reservations canceled seven or fewer days before the arrival date. Rates are valid thru June 23rd, 2026. Taxes are 10.3% and resort fees are $22.00 per room per night.
No refunds are given for early departures. If you do not show for your reservation on the scheduled day of check-in you will incur a charge of one night’s rental per room and forfeit the remainder of your reservation.
Reservations and check-ins cannot be made by or for persons under 21 years of age. Only persons listed on the reservation may check in to the condo/hotel. Failure to follow the departure checklist may result in additional fees.
